At Bean Theory, we are dedicated to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality coffee. To ensure this, we roast each batch to order. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for coffee purchases.
If you believe there was an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your concern and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
