Grown in the highlands of Shantawene, Sidama, this coffee is produced by smallholders who deliver their cherries to the Buncho Washing Station, operated by Daye Bensa.

With over 20 washing stations and minimal use of chemicals, this naturally organic coffee reflects traditional farming practices. Despite challenges like limited infrastructure, these dedicated producers cultivate high-quality coffee with care and passion.
